Terms of Service

Last updated October 11, 2026

These terms cover how you can use Kozrin. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, the simplest option is not to use Kozrin — but we've tried to keep this plain and short rather than padded with boilerplate.

1. What Kozrin is

Kozrin is an AI chat assistant. You can talk to it, upload files, build things with it, ask it to remember things about you, and — if you choose to connect them — let it act on your Discord server, your GitHub repositories, your Railway projects, your Cloudflare DNS records, or your Spotify playback and playlists on your behalf.

Kozrin is a product in active development. Features change, sometimes quickly, and a feature available today isn't guaranteed to stay available in its current form.

2. Accounts

You can sign in with Google or with an email magic link. You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure, and for anything that happens through it. Let us know if you think someone else has access to your account.

You must be old enough to legally use a service like this where you live. If you're a parent or guardian and believe your child has created an account without your permission, contact us and we'll remove it.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Kozrin to:

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice, especially where it protects other users or the service itself.

4. Connected services

If you connect Discord, GitHub, Railway, Cloudflare, or Spotify, you're authorizing Kozrin to take the actions you ask it to take on those platforms using your granted permissions — for example reading or posting messages, managing roles or channels, reading or editing repository files, checking a deployment's status, reading and changing DNS records, or playing music and managing playlists. You can disconnect any of these at any time from Settings; disconnecting revokes Kozrin's access going forward.

You're responsible for what you ask Kozrin to do with a connected service, the same way you'd be responsible for doing it yourself.

5. Memory

Kozrin can save things you tell it — like your name, preferences, or details you mention in passing — so future conversations feel continuous instead of starting from zero. You can view, edit, or delete anything it has saved from Settings at any time.

6. Plans, usage, and billing

Kozrin offers a free plan with rolling usage limits, and a paid Kozrin Pro plan with higher limits, billed monthly or yearly. You can also buy additional usage credits on the free plan. Pricing is shown on the pricing page and may change — we'll do our best to give notice of any change that affects an active subscription.

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from Settings. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact us if something went wrong with a charge.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you put into Kozrin — your messages, uploaded files, and anything you build with it. By using the service you give us the permission needed to process that content in order to provide the service back to you (for example, sending your message to the model that powers Kozrin, or storing a memory you asked it to save).

Don't upload or submit content you don't have the right to share.

8. No warranty

Kozrin is provided as-is. Like any AI system, it can be wrong, incomplete, or produce something you didn't expect — don't rely on it for anything where a mistake would cause serious harm (medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions) without independently verifying it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Kozrin and its team aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us, if anything, in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Kozrin changes. If a change is material, we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know. Continuing to use Kozrin after an update means you accept the new terms.

11. Contact
